In accordance with Article 6, III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the following legal notice is provided to users of the BROODZ website, available at https://broodz.com.

The BROODZ website is hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), a société par actions simplifiée registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (https://www.ovhcloud.com).

Data is hosted within the European Union.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements making up the BROODZ website (the "BROODZ" trademark, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, creatures and their lineage, interface, source code, sounds and any other content) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Coredump Engineering or its partners, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Coredump Engineering.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

Coredump Engineering processes personal data in connection with the BROODZ service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (the "Data Protection Act"). The data controller is COREDUMP ENGINEERING (contact details above); the dedicated data-protection contact is dpo@broodz.com.

The Service processes a limited scope of data, and signing in happens solely with a third-party identity provider: we collect neither an email address nor a password. When signing in with Google (the "openid profile" scope), we receive the account name and a stable Google identifier, or with Facebook (the "public_profile" and "email" permissions), the account name, a stable Facebook identifier and, only where you grant it, the email address, which we do not store, or with Snapchat (the "Display Name" permission), your display name and a stable Snapchat identifier (Snapchat never provides an email), or with TikTok (the "user.info.basic" scope), your display name and a stable TikTok identifier (TikTok never provides an email); game data (username, scores, leaderboard rank); and one strictly necessary session cookie required to operate the Service. Audience measurement is carried out through a self-hosted Matomo instance, without cookies and without cross-site tracking: it falls within the consent exemption recognised by the CNIL and therefore does not require your consent; you may object to it by writing to dpo@broodz.com.

The Service is reserved for persons aged at least 13 years. Account and game data are retained until the account is deleted, which you can do yourself from your profile page. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which may be exercised at dpo@broodz.com, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Liability

Coredump Engineering strives to ensure that the information published on the BROODZ website is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors. The service is provided "as is" and access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance reasons. The publisher shall not be held liable in the event of temporary unavailability of the service or non-compliant use by the user.

8. Governing Law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
